Warranty – Care & Maintenance
General Terms and Conditions
Services, call-outs and repairs (out of warranty)
We service and repair products and systems originally installed by us. Due to parts availability and standards of workmanship, we may not be able to service and repair products and systems installed by others.
Gate automation and access control (electrical):
Call out rate starting from $ 190*, including travel time and first 60 minutes labour on site, during normal business hours.
Additional labour will be invoiced $ 110 / hour, chargeable by 15 minutes increments.
Rate will vary based on location and type of automation – for exact rates, please contact our Operations Manager for a written estimate by email.
Note: No after hours or weekend response work unless by prior arrangement
Gates repairs (mechanical):
Call out rate starting from $ 150*, including travel time and first 60 minutes labour on site, during normal business hours.
Additional labour will be invoiced $ 100 / hour, chargeable by 15 minutes increments.
Rate will vary based on location and type of gate / hardware – for exact rates, please contact our Operations Manager for a written estimate by email.
* Rate excluding of GST – applicable for one technician only – includes basic consumables – excludes spare parts. Rate applicable for the Silverdale, Orewa, Whangaparoa and North Shore (North of Constellation Drive) areas. For other areas please contact our Operations Managers for a rate confirmation. Not applicable to products or services covered under warranty. Exclude weekends, public holidays and annual closedown period.
